Who We Are

AMP Street, LLC was founded in 2023 by Joe Messeh and Shane Stephens in Austin, Texas. 

Shane was Senior Vice President of Partner Development with TrueCar. Responsible for TrueCar’s 250+ affinity partners’ growth and business development for over a decade.  Prior to TrueCar, Shane held positions in strategy & technology with USAA and National Instruments.  

Prior to AMP Street, Joe was Senior Vice President of Product Management at TrueCar with 20+ years of experience in automotive. Joe led the creation of TrueCar's affinity Auto Buying program and OEM incentive platform and held positions with Nissan North America and Sapient.
